Church Involvement
Your church community is vital to our success! Here are a few ways you and your church can get involved with us!
1. Church Liaison
Represent Pregnancy Help Center Galveston in your local church by actively promoting special events and opportunities to serve.
2. Prayer Partner
We want to cover our center in prayer. We ask that you make a one-hour commitment to come and read the Word aloud in our office or make a commitment to pray for our center at home regularly.
3. Become a Board Member
Provide spiritual leadership and direction for PHCG while exposing business associates and community members to this ministry.
4. Host a Baby Shower
Ask your club or women’s group to participate in a Baby Shower for our ministry.
5. Provide a Meal
Each week, we host classes and provide a meal for women and men who choose to parent. We invite your church, small group, or home group to prepare and serve a meal. It allows you to share information about your church, invite them to visit, and build relationships.
6. Supplies and Finances
We are a privately-funded organization sponsored by local churches and donors like you. If you would like to donate supplies (baby items, wipes, diapers, formula, maternity clothes, and car seats), we always accept new and gently used goods at our center.
